Motivational Climate
An essential part of organizing the classroom involves developing a climate in which teachers encourage students to do their best and to be excited about what they are learning. There are two factors that are critical in creating such a motivational climate: value and effort. To be motivated, students must see the worth of the work that they are doing and the work others do.
The collaborative work, compared with the competitive and individual work, leads to increased achievement and productivity in the performance of students, and the emphasis on the positive relations between them, and improve mental health and self-esteem, it serves pupils as sources to learn from each other, this is due to the fact that the performance of the members depends on another members in the group, so the cooperation increases among its members.
